Process
Our
hairs are of high quality. They are washed and cleaned to perfection.
We collect hair from temples all over Tamil Nadu under the control of
our managing partner. Collected hair are then divided according their
colours and sizes, then washed dried, angled and again divided according
to size which are bundled and packed in carton boxes, and are made
ready for export. Only the best quality hairs are selected for the
process.
Infrastructure
Our
factory is spread over an area of about 2000 square feet at choolai ,
Tamil Nadu. Experienced workers work day and night to bring in the
natural look of hairs. We export hair in bulk quantities. Italian
Technology equipment is used in our processing unit to bleach and clean
the collected hairs. Each and every shipment in the process is
personally inspected by separate departments.
